Director, Software Engineering – 84.51º

  • Location: Cincinnati, OH
  • Timeline: 2022 – 2025

I led teams responsible for Data Availability, Data Quality, Compliance & Privacy, and Orchestration across 84.51º’s data platform. Our systems supported over 1.9 million data pipeline runs annually and automated more than 65,000 file transfers, eliminating an estimated 32,000 hours of manual work per year.

Beyond delivery, I focused on scaling culture. I created opportunities for connection and growth through roundtables, cross-team syncs, and platform-wide “connect” sessions that helped engineers feel heard, aligned, and invested.
